This is where it all starts. We'll need a completed rental application before we consider you for one of our properties. Just need to make sure you are who you say you are.
We require minimum one year lease. Converts to month to month after the initial 12 months. All other provisions remain the same. Sorry, although we love pets, two dogs of our own (Scarlett and Baily) we do not allow pets in our properties,,,because we know what pets do.
Just so we both agree everything is as it should be.
